These two Drag Race All Stars 9 queens spilt all the tea on their “horny” and flirty past.
On 17 May, Angeria Paris VanMichaels, Gottmik, Jorgeous, Nina West, Plastique Tiara, Roxxxy Andrews, Shannel and Vanessa Vanjie returned to our TV screens for the ninth season of the beloved Drag Race spin-off.
Across the first four episodes, the queens have delivered charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent as they fight for the crown, a place in the “Drag Race Hall of Fame,” and the $200,000 charitable donation to an organisation of their choice – provided by The Palette Fund.
With the season in full swing, the eight fierce contestants of All Stars 9 recently sat down with Glamour to discuss the show and partake in the ‘Friendship Test.’
At the start of the interview, the queens were asked to describe the first time they met each other.
While most of the stories were wholesome and sweet, things turned spicy when Miss Vanjie recalled her first interaction with Gottmik.
“I remember writing to you while your season was airing, and then I was like, ‘Let’s hang out’, then we hung out,” Vanjie explained.
Gottmik then playfully interrupted, claiming that those were “horny DMs,” which gagged their All Stars 9 sisters, Shannel and Roxxxy.

“I’m trying to keep the story short for them, okay?” Vanjie joked. “I wrote, we met up to watch one of the [Drag Race] episodes together.”
When Shannel asked if they actually watched Drag Race or if they “Netflix and chilled,” Vanjie and Gottmik coyly smiled at each other before bursting into laughter.
“Yeah, it was Netflix and chill– Drag Race and chill,” Vanjie added.
Of course, it didn’t take long for fans to flock to the video’s YouTube comment section to express their shock over the revelation.
One person wrote: “Learning that Gottmik and Vanjie used to hook up was not in my 2024 bingo card.”
Another fan echoed similar sentiments: “The Vanjie and Mik hook-up tea has me shocked but not surprised.”
A third viewer added: “Mik and Vanjie already alluded to the fact that they hooked up in the past, but I love this confirmation.”
