Heres who made the top 3 on RuPauls Drag Race All Stars 8

Four queens dwindled down to three on this week’s episode of Drag Race All Stars 8.

For their latest maxi-challenge, Alexis Michelle, Jessica Wild, Jimbo and Kandy Muse were tasked with roasting rotating judge and Does This Book Make My Butt Look Big? author Carson Kressley (yes, author!).

After reviving her Joan Rivers impersonation, which she memorably conquered the first-ever Snatch Game on Canada’s Drag Race with, Jimbo won her fourth challenge of the season, while Jessica Wild and Kandy Muse also received highly positive reviews.

While Alexis’ set was undeniably met with the lowest marks from the panel, “if you’re not in the top, you’re in bottom” made a comeback and she was placed in the bottom three with both Jessica and Kandy.

For her lip-sync smackdown against season 11, All Stars 6 and Canada’s Drag Race vs the World alum Silky Nutmeg Ganache, Jimbo revived another iconic character: Casper the Baloney Ghost. The move worked in her favour, with Jimbo winning her first lip-sync. (“Bitch, this is going down in history. I lost to Jimbo,” remarked Silky.)

Following her win, Jimbo chose to chop Alexis from the competition, citing “what the judges said” and her track record. “Thank you for letting me be part of your family,” Alexis told Ru, before saying in her confessional that her elimination feels like a “gut punch”.

“When you’ve been giving something your all and it gets ripped away, it’s shocking” she explained. “But, I feel so proud because, as far as the competition goes, I left it all on the floor. I used every muscle and talent that I have.”

Although we anticipated next week’s episode to be the finale, it turns out the top three have yet another task in store: to transform three lesbians into fabulous drag queens. Will three dwindle down to two? If so, the following episode will mark the first-ever finale in Drag Race history with just two contestants.

Here’s how fans reacted to the episode and the All Stars 8 finalists.
